Digital Extremes just released the details about the multiplayer modes for its upcoming shooter, Dark Sector. The game will feature an 'infection' and 'epidemic' modes. Dark Sector is set for a March release.

'Infection' - One character assumes the role of Hayden while other players take on roles as Lasrian military. When Hayden is killed, another player is chosen to be infected and the whole thing starts over again.
'Epidemic' - This is more of a traditional team death match game where one side takes on characters from the Agency and the other, the Lasrians. The match is over when a set number of points is reached by either side.
