We just got back from a demo of Legendary: The Box from GameCock Studio's 'non-E3' party at the Hoten Figueroa (free open bar by the way).
We saw a number of games GameCock will be publishing this year, but Legendary: The Box was, by far, my favorite. You play an art thief named Deckard who is hired to steal an ancient artifact. The artifact ends up being Pandora's Box and (big surprise) you end up opening the damn thing.

Quick note: If you come upon Pandora's Box in real life, best to let it be.
Anyway, too late for Deckard as a crapload of creatures escape and begin to wreak havoc. You do your damndest to kill them all and save humanity. There are two major shadow-organization factions competing with and against you in your efforts. The creatures, of course, kill indescriminantly. The world is rich, vibrantly rendered, and the creature AI is very advanced.

Creatures will avoid your fire, duck behind objects, and if they see you, will attempt to sneak up on you. The world is interactive, and sometimes they will pick up objects (including cars for larger creatures) and throw them at you. They have a very dynamic pathfinding ability, especially with creatures who can climb walls/hand on the ceiling.
It's quite apparent the amount of development that went into the story and I'm excited to play the final product!
