Nope, its not for the movie Quarantine (at least, we don't think it is), however it could be a teaser for some new GTA IV downloadable content featuring zombies. How cool of a Halloween surprise would that be! For those of you who cannot read through the chain link, here is what it says:
'Contagious Disease - No one shall enter or leave this premises without the proper documentation issued by Eugenics Inc. No person expect an authorized agent or employee of Eugenics Inc. shall alter, destroy or remove this sign. Anyone violating these regulations will be arrested and prosecuted by the federal authorities. By order of Liberty City Police Department / Eugenics Inc.'
So be weary Liberty City residents, things might be getting a little 'evil' soon enough!
