According to a Form 10-K report filed by Interplay today, it looks like Bethesda is preparing to file suit against Interplay for not holding up their end of an agreement in which they would begin full development of the Fallout MMO (codenamed 'Project V13') by April 4th of this year as well as also secured funding for the project. According to Bethesda, neither of these two caveats have been held to by Interplay as per their agreement.
Should Bethesda win their alleged case, which has not been officially filed as of yet, Interplay could lose all rights to the project whatsoever.
