This morning, it was announced that SONY would be publishing Ghostbusters: The Video Game as a PS3/PS2 timed-exclusive. This created a ton of confusion for some gamers, who thought it meant they would not be busting ghosts on their Xbox 360s and PCs.
As it turns out the North American release will proceed as planned on June 16th for all the announced platforms. In Europe, however, SONY has made a deal to publish the game as a PS3/PS2 exclusive on June 19th (PSP this fall). Unfortunately, Europe and other PAL territories will not see the game on other consoles.
