The Good: Exceptional sound quality and channel separation. X-Ram if the game supports it.
The Bad: Driver issues, especially in Windows Vista.

Summary: Creative Labs has brought us a PCI-E sound card well worth its dollar value in sheer audio quality and channel separation alone. And did we mention it looks sweet too!?!

The Good: Destructible environments, great surround sound, and squad banter.
The Bad: No co-op campaign, sluggish opening missions, and enemy AI is spotty.

Summary: Battlefield: Bad Company is a fun, action-packed romp through a warzone while on the lookout for mercenary loot to fill your pockets. DICE has outdone themselves and despite a few problems, the game has turned out wonderfully.

The Good: New extreme modes offer big challenges for the veteran player.
The Bad: The 2D graphics are just antiquated at this point at a small resolution.

Summary: Firefly Studios' Stronghold Crusader Extreme is a fast and furious updated edition of Stronghold Crusader. While fun, it is clear the game has not aged well over the last six years.

Summary: Vision Videogames' Space Station Sim is a mixed bag. While it can be fun, it straddles the border between a 'Sims' title and a simulation while not doing either all that gracefully.

Summary: Virtual Villagers - The Secret City may appear to be a simple point-and-click casual title, but it is actually a very in-depth game of merit.

The Good: Small profile, sleek design, USB ports, and mini-USB plug.
The Bad: Mini-USB plug cable length a bit short, can be a bit uncomfortable after a time.

Summary: While not a dedicated gaming keyboard, the Kensington Ci70 with USB ports is a fine office/basic use keyboard that will also play nicely with your favorite video games.

The Bad: Windows Mobile 6 clunkiness and no GPS.

Summary: The Verizon XV6900 is worth seriously taking a look at for its PDA functionality and sleep curves. The lack of a GPS is disappointing however.

The Good: Great video quality, excellent practical usage, and the infrared blaster is very nice.
The Bad: Only one device allowed to connect from beyond the 'home network'.

Summary: Monsoon's Hava Platinum HD is an excellent purchase for someone who is looking for an inexpensive a/v streaming system that also delivers excellent quality.

The Good: HUGE battles and actual tactical advantages to terrain.
The Bad: Huge battles can be a bit too huge sometimes.

Summary: Sudden Strike III is the best in the series yet, with the biggest battles ever to grace the franchise. Yet with as big as they are, it is easy to lose focus when having to control units across the battlefield from one another.
