German PC peripheral maker, ROCCAT, has officially-unveiled the launch of its US product line during CES on January 10th, 2012.

Xbox 720 Due in 2012 with Announcement in January (RUMOR)

File this under rumor for now, but EDGE is reporting that Ubisoft Montreal developers are currently working on build computers tricked out to match the specs of the next-gen gaming console from Microsoft. According to EDGE’s unnamed source, more of these build computers should be reaching other developers prior to Christmas of this year, pointing to an Xbox 720 (or whatever it will be called) launch later in 2012. With CES coming up in early January, it is not too hard to speculate that, if another rumor is correct, we will see some sort of announcement during the Microsoft keynote.
This other rumor, recently posted at VG247, claims that the new Xbox runs a hex-core CPU…

Mad Catz Announces Cyborg M.M.O. 7 Gaming Mouse

Mad Catz has unveiled their latest gaming mouse, the Cyborg M.M.O. 7. The gaming mouse will begin shipping in January and will feature their new 6400dpi “twin-eye” sensor.

Archos 70 and 101 Tablet Demo

Archos showed off their 70 and 101 inch tablets at this year’s CES in Las Vegas, and gave us an up-close look at them. The 70 is their 7-inch display model while the 101 is their recently-announced 10.1-inch tablet.

Hercules Announces XPS101 High-End 2.1 Sound System

Hercules has announced their upcoming XPS 101 2.1 channel sound system. A high-end 2.1 system promising ‘elegance and acoustic excellence’, the XPS101 will retail for a suggested price of $249.99 and features 101 watts RMS of output power as well as a sub-woofer with three drivers within its housing.
The XPS101 will be available later this month.

Special Star Wars Announcement at CES 2011

Over at the official Star Wars website, it has been announced that the company will make a special CES 2011 presentation/announcement at Panasonic’s show floor booth on Thursday at 11:30am PT.

Penguin United Announces CES Launch of Eagle Eye for Xbox 360

Xbox 360 gamers looking for a keyboard and mouse control system for their console have thus far been out of luck. The few systems out there are not implemented well and do not lend themselves to efficient fragging. Penguin United, creator of the Eagle Eye system for the PS3, has announced an Xbox 360 version to be release during CES in January.
The Eagle Eye for the Xbox 360 will retail for $59.99 and allow you to use your favorite USB keyboard and mouse to control your console titles.

CES 2010 – Lost Planet 2 Preview

While at the 2010 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas we got some time to visit Capcom’s very fine suite, on the 30th-floor of the Planet Hollywood hotel, and play some Lost Planet 2. 2008 CES Aerielle i2i Stream Music Broadcaster Interview

Aerielle, makers of the i2i Stream Digital Music Broadcaster was nice enough to sit down with us for an interview/demonstration of their product. The i2i Stream sends music over a 2.4Ghz signal to other i2i Stream devices in the area. This device allows you to digitally broadcast your sound/music wherever you want. The possibilities include broadcasting music to multiple speakers for parties, home enjoyment, and even gaming events as the input is a fairly standard microphone jack.
